Cassie Xu is a Narrative therapy practitioner and also an expressive art paintist. In 2019, She started her journey learning psychology and in 2023 she have earned her Master degree in Psychology. She is currently enrolled in Melbourne University to further enhance her knowledge in postmodern Narrative therapy.

Her vision is to infuse Eastern philosophy and culture in counselling to open up the world in new perspectives. She always says, "In the narrative practice journey of the path of creativity with people’s lives, it's just like the art of creation of each of our unique significance story. Story can open in many different ways. Story can have an open ending. Our story that belongs to us can be opened in a way that's beautiful and aesthetic."

In addition to her accolades, she has also participated in community work educating on the art of storytelling since 2021. She has a fruitful amount of experience with children, working adults and people from all walks of life.

From 2023 she has been practicing narrative counselling through her vision and path to get more insights in narrative therapy practices. Through her artwork, she connected to the narrative community. She believes like how our life's path is multi-faceted, it always have two different sides like a coin and it falls back to how we look at it. Practicing in both professions in art and psychology, they are all one entirety for her. Art and Psychology is an attitude towards life from different perspectives, it is the creation of life!
